World Mental Health Day is an annual observation every October 10. According to the World Health Organization, it is celebrated to raise awareness over related issues and to mobilize endeavors in support of mental health.
Further, the observation of World Mental Health Day “provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.”
For the first run of #BGtots: Talks, Opinions, and Thoughts, some Maristas shared their words of encouragement for those who may be struggling in their own mental health problems.

Laging natin tandaan na hindi tayo nag iisa sa laban. May mga taong nasa tabi natin para samahan tayo sa mga laban natin sa buhay. Always remember that you are important in this world. We have our purpose and we need to fulfill it. #BGtots @blueandgoldph https://t.co/RKhK02ibEU
